We do things differently.

Carmawellness is focused on holistic health, which sets us apart from other training services. Our founder, Carmen W., is a Registered Nurse (RN) who learned early on that mental and spiritual health affects your physical well being. We want each of our clients to reach their individual fitness goals, but we want them to love the body that they have as they work to develop the body that they desire. Through our holistic approach, our goal is to teach our clients about all aspects that ultimately affect their personal training success.

Do we hit the weights?

Yes, we do, but education is a huge part of Carmawellness.

We work so that our clients understand the importance of paying attention to what they put into their bodies. We want them to understand how lack of sleep, stress, and mental clarity affects their results. This leads us to create our Pillars of Wellness, five areas that we must focus on to achieve peak wellness. We believe that the health of these individual areas affects the overall health of the person.

We understand that some do not intend to work with a personal trainer for years to come. As a result, our goal is to educate our clients as much as possible so that they can live as healthy as possible.
